獎項運輸相關說明/Instructions on Award Shipping

為確保各參加者（申請人）順利收取獎項（包括獎杯、證書、獎牌），現就不同地區運輸事宜、收貨注意事項及相關責任說明如下，敬請知悉並配合。

To ensure that all participants (applicants) receive their awards (including trophies, certificates, medals) smoothly, the instructions on transportation matters in different regions, precautions for receiving goods, and related responsibilities are as follows. Please be advised and cooperate.

1、不同地區運費繳納方式/Shipping Payment Methods in Different Regions

①香港及台灣地區/Hong Kong and Taiwan Regions

獎項運輸費用約為HKD$50–HKD$100（實際費用以物流公司當時收費標準為準），該筆運費由參加者於收貨時，直接向送貨之物流公司現場支付，無需提前向本協會繳納。

The shipping for awards is approximately HKD$50–HKD$100 (the actual fee shall be subject to the logistics company's current charging standard). This shipping shall be paid by the participant directly to the delivering logistics company on the spot upon receipt of the goods, and there is no need to pay it to the Association in advance.

②其他地區（除香港、台灣地區以外）/Other Regions (excluding Hong Kong and Taiwan Regions)
參賽者在完成獎項相關費用繳納後，請及時將運輸費用交予本協會，以便協會盡快統一安排獎項寄送事宜，避免延誤送貨時效。若因參加者逾期未繳納運費，導致獎項無法按時寄送、丟失或其他相關損失，所有責任及損失均由參加者自行承擔。如需查詢具體運費金額，歡迎隨時與本協會聯繫諮詢。

After completing the payment of award-related fees, participants are requested to promptly pay the shipping to the Association to facilitate the Association's unified arrangement of award delivery as soon as possible and avoid delaying the delivery time. If the award cannot be delivered on time, lost, or other related losses are caused due to the participant's failure to pay the shipping on time, all responsibilities and losses shall be borne by the participant. For inquiries about the specific shipping amount, please feel free to contact the Association for consultation at any time.

2、收貨注意事項/Precautions for Receiving Goods

• 所有獎杯、證書及獎牌均經仔細包裝後發送，參賽者收貨時，若發現物品損壞、變形或缺失等情況，請及時聯繫本協會協調處理。
  All trophies, certificates, and medals are carefully packaged before being sent. Upon receiving the goods, If any damage, deformation, or missing of the items is found, please contact the Association in a timely manner for coordination and handling.
   

• 為保障包裹順利送達，避免出現包裹滯留、退回或丟失等情況，請參加者務必保持預留在本協會的聯絡電話暢通，並密切留意物流發送通知及取件資訊（包括簡訊、電話通知等）。若因參加者個人原因（如電話無法接通、未及時查看取件通知、逾期未取件等），導致包裹長時間滯留物流網點產生保管費用，或因無法聯繫到參加者而被物流公司退回，相關保管費、退回費用及重新郵寄的運費，均由參加者自行承擔，本協會不承擔任何相關費用及責任。感謝您的理解與配合！
  To ensure the smooth delivery of the package and avoid package detention, return, or loss, participants must keep the contact phone number left with the Association unblocked and closely monitor the logistics delivery notification and pickup information (including text messages, phone notifications, etc.). If the package is detained at the logistics outlet for a long time resulting in storage fees, or is returned by the logistics company due to being unable to contact the participant, due to personal reasons of the participant (such as unreachable phone, failure to check pickup notifications in a timely manner, overdue pickup, etc.), the relevant storage fees, return fees, and re-shipping shall all be borne by the participant, and the Association shall not bear any related fees or responsibilities. 退款相關說明/Instructions on Refunds

• 鑒於退款流程將產生較高的手續費用，所有已繳納的費用（包括獎項相關費用、運費等）均無法按原繳納金額全額退回，敬請各位參加者悉知。
  In view of the high handling fees incurred in the refund process, all paid fees (including award-related fees, shipping, etc.) cannot be fully refunded in the original amount. Please be advised, all participants.
   

• 若確有退款需求，請參加者通過Whatsapp與本協會專責人員聯繫，諮詢具體的退款方式、所需提供的相關資料（如繳費憑證、身份信息等）及辦理流程，並按要求提交相關退款資訊，以便本協會及時為您辦理退款手續。未通過指定渠道聯繫及提交資料的，將無法辦理退款事宜，敬請留意。
  If there is indeed a need for a refund, participants are requested to contact the dedicated staff of the Association via WhatsApp to consult about the specific refund method, the relevant materials to be provided (such as payment vouchers, identity information, etc.) and the handling process, and submit the relevant refund information as required to facilitate the Association to process the refund for you in a timely manner. Those who do not contact and submit materials through the designated channel will not be able to process the refund. Please be advised.
